Judge Anna Clarification About The New Republic and General Dunsford

Clarification — What We Have Done
I am not a legal counsel for the General (Dunford).
We are all working on reclaiming American assets for Americans. For right now, it’s improper to call what we are doing a “New Republic”— that will require a public education process, each one making their political status (citizenship, etc.) choices, the election of Fiduciary Deputies from each State to attend a Continental Congress to either amend or abolish the existing actual Constitution.
For now, we have saved The Constitution for the united States of America.
The rats sought to “vacate” the contract by entering the UNITED STATES, INC. into bankruptcy without naming a successor to contract. That left the “federal” side of the contract vacant and flapping in the wind.
We formed an agreement with the American Native Nations — the Athabasca and Lakota– to fulfill the federal side. We issued two sets of Sovereign Letters Patent, one to reaffirm the united States of America, and one to establish a new arrangement with the Native people to bring them out of their POW status and incarceration in the Jurisdiction of the Sea and put them back on the land as free, sovereign, and independent people.
We then sealed this arrangement with a Declaration of Joint Sovereignty, spelling out the intent of our actions. These actions were sent by Registered Mail to the Pope, the Queen, the UN Security Council, the United Nations Secretary General and others.
For the first time since the original Constitution was adopted, the federal side of the contract is now in the hands of Americans devoted to America— not British (Federal Reserve) or French (IMF) interlopers.
For the first time, the Federal Agents have a vested interest in truly and honestly protecting America and Americans, because if they hurt or plunder us, they hurt and plunder themselves.
And now we are all going after the assets that are owed to Americans which have been purloined by international banks and the “governmental services corporations” they have run as storefronts —under conditions of gross fraud and deceit.
Fraud vitiates all!
Please note there is no “statute of limitation” on the crime of fraud, much less malicious fraud tort claims.

EXECUTIVE ORDER
– – – – – – –

FACILITATION OF A PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 7301 of title 5, United States Code, and the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended, and to assist the Presidential transition, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy. The peaceful transition of power has long been a hallmark of American democracy. It is the policy of the United States to undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that Presidential transitions are well-coordinated and effective, without regard to party affiliation.

Sec. 2. Establishment of the White House Transition Coordinating Council. (a) To facilitate the Presidential transition, including assisting and supporting the transition efforts of the transition teams of eligible candidates, there is established a White House Transition Coordinating Council.

(b) The White House Transition Coordinating Council shall be composed of the following officials or their designees:

(i) Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff, who shall serve as Chair;

(ii) Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, who shall serve as Vice Chair;

(iii) Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Implementation;

(iv) Counsel to the President;

(v) Assistant to the President for Presidential Personnel;

(vi) Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs;

(vii) Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism;

(viii) Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and Director, National Economic Council;

(ix) Director of National Intelligence;

(x) Director of the Office of Management and Budget;

(xi) Administrator of General Services;

(xii) Federal Transition Coordinator;

(xiii) the transition representative for each eligible candidate, who shall serve in an advisory capacity;  and

(xiv) any other executive branch official the President determines appropriate.

(c) The White House Transition Coordinating Council shall:

(i) provide guidance to executive departments and agencies (agencies) and the Federal Transition Coordinator regarding preparations for the Presidential transition, including succession planning and preparation of briefing materials;

(ii) facilitate communication and information sharing between the transition representatives of eligible candidates and senior employees in agencies and the Executive Office of the President, including the provision of information relevant to facilitating the personnel aspects of a Presidential transition and such other information that, in the Council’s judgment, is useful and appropriate, as long as providing such information is not otherwise prohibited by law; and

(iii) prepare and host inter-agency emergency preparedness and response exercises.

(d) In order to obtain a wide range of facts and information on prior transitions and best practices, the White House Transition Coordinating Council, its members, or their designees may seek information from private individuals, including individuals in outside organizations, who have significant experience or expertise in Presidential transitions. The White House Transition Coordinating Council, its members, or their designees shall endeavor to obtain such facts and information from individuals representing a range of bipartisan or nonpartisan viewpoints. If the White House Transition Coordinating Council, its members, or their designees find it necessary to seek advice from private individuals or outside organizations, such counsel should be sought in a manner that seeks individual advice and does not involve collective judgment or deliberation.

Sec. 3. Establishment of the Agency Transition Directors Council. (a) To implement the guidance provided by the White House Transition Coordinating Council and to coordinate transition activities across agencies, there is established an Agency Transition Directors Council.

(b) The Agency Transition Directors Council shall be composed of the following officials or their designees:

(i) Federal Transition Coordinator, who shall serve as Co-Chair;

(ii) Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget, who shall serve as Co-Chair;

(iii) a senior career representative from each agency described in section 901(b)(1) of title 31, United States Code, the Office of Personnel Management, the Office of Government Ethics, and the National Archives and Records Administration whose responsibilities include leading Presidential transition efforts within the agency;

(iv) during a year in which a Presidential election will be held, a transition representative for each eligible candidate, who shall serve in an advisory capacity;

(v) a senior career representative from any other agency determined by the Co-Chairs to be an agency that has significant responsibilities relating to the Presidential transition process; and

(vi) other senior employees serving in the Executive Office of the President, as determined by the President.

(c) The Agency Transition Directors Council shall:

(i) ensure the Federal Government has an integrated strategy for addressing inter-agency challenges and responsibilities around Presidential transitions and turnover of non-career appointees;

(ii) coordinate transition activities among the Executive Office of the President, agencies, and the transition team of eligible candidates and the President-elect and Vice-President-elect;

(iii) draw on guidance provided by the White House Transition Coordinating Council and lessons learned from previous Presidential transitions in carrying out its duties;

(iv) assist the Federal Transition Coordinator in identifying and carrying out his or her responsibilities relating to a Presidential transition;

(v) provide guidance to agencies in gathering briefing materials and information relating to the Presidential transition that may be requested by eligible candidates;

(vi) ensure materials and information described in subparagraph (v) of this subsection are prepared not later than November 1 of the year during which a Presidential election is held;

(vii) ensure agencies adequately prepare career employees who are designated to fill non-career positions during a Presidential transition; and

(viii) consult with the President’s Management Council, or any successor thereto, in carrying out its duties.

(d) The Agency Transition Directors Council shall meet:

(i) subject to subparagraph (ii) of this subsection, not less than once per year; and

(ii) during the period beginning on the date that is 6 months before a Presidential election and ending on the date on which the President-elect is inaugurated, on a regular basis as necessary to carry out its duties and authorities.

Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) the authority granted by law to a department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) The terms “eligible candidate,” “Federal Transition Coordinator,” and “Presidential election” shall have the same meaning as those terms used in the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended. The term “President’s Management Council” shall have the same meaning as that term is used in the Presidential Memorandum of July 11, 2001.

(d) This order is intended only to facilitate the transition and is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

   U.S. Army Overthrows Obama and Storms Federal Reserve

WASHINGTON, May 13, 2016 — At the request of the Chinese army, Marine Corps Gen. Joe Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, spoke yesterday via video teleconference with Gen. Fang Fenghui, chief of the Chinese joint staff department.

There are rumors to suggest there is something going on behind the scenes. Multiple sources are reporting the U. S. Army has overthrown President Obama and have now seized control of the Federal Reserve. The global currency reset is moving forward by printing US Treasury Notes and doing away with the Federal Reserve Notes. Furthermore, the Cabal has surrendered and their files have been seized. Multiple agents have been arrested and are being interrogated, but many more have agreed to talk and work against the evil plots which had been planned for humanity.

Disturbing information contained in these files including depopulating the planet by any means necessary. One of the most disturbing aspects of these plans, was the overall theme of using various techniques to ‘trick’ people (especially religious people) into believing these are the ‘end times’ as described by various religious texts.

According to fusionlacedillusions.com,  files are now being reviewed and analyzed , along with this elaborate deception that has been occurring for years.  Apparently, there had plans in place to fake an ‘Apocalyptic Event’ lasting for ten days next month. From June 6 to June 16, a wide variety of events were planned to trick the masses into believing it was witnessing prophesied events.  There were many other deadly plans in store for humanity, but most of those plans have been stopped in their tracks by the alliance.

   THE END in 2016: The SHOCKING Predictions of 12 Mysterious Men

The prophesies of 12 mysterious men all seem to arrive at the same year, 2016, as the year for their fulfillment. Why did these men arrived at the same date? What were they talking about and what were their predictions? Since the 17th century, evangelical men have written prophecies about the end times; prophecies that most of us know nothing about. They were some of the most prolific writers, preachers, and pastors after the Reformation. These were men who believed that the Apocalypse was coming, but not in their lifetime. These men believed that everything had to come to conclusion, starting around the time of 2015 through 2016. I will take you through the diverse predictions of each of these men. The first is by a man named Patrick Nisbet, who wrote a commentary called, "An Abridgment of Ecclesiastical History", in 1776. Nisbet believed an end of the world scenario would develop in 2016 in which the Vatican would be destroyed. Interestingly, he cites Isaac Newton in his footnote as inspiration for arriving at this date. In a footnote, Patrick Nisbet directly references Newton along side a numerological code. According to Nisbet, if we start in 90 A.D., which is the likely date that the Book of Revelation was written, and we add six hundred and sixty-six years to it, we arrived at 756 A.D., which was the time when the Papacy became in office of temporal power. It is from there that Nisbet adds 1,260 years to 756, arriving at 2016 as the year in which the Papacy will be entirely destroyed, followed by the ushering in of the Millennial Kingdom. As you can see, Nisbet was not shy about suggesting an exact year for an end of the world scenario.

Another man who predicted a timeline that pointed directly to 2016, is Simon Patrick in his book, "A Critical Commentary and Paraphrase on the Old and New Testament", written in 1822. Patrick's work is one of the most unusual of the group I will present in this video because he offers an extensive timeline in it about the writing of the Book of Revelation and the unfolding of prophecy. He ends on 2016; it's the last date included in his timeline, and he makes stunningpredictions. He wrote that the last head of the Roman government would take his seat in 2016 on the international stage, but that his reign would be very short because he would be utterly and completely destroyed. For Patrick, 2016 was the last stand of the Roman Empire.

The next work is that paraphrasing "Notes on the Revelation of st. John written", written in 1773 by Moses Lowman. Lowman believed that at a time period starting around 1900 to 2016, would mark the time of "plagues". What he meant by this is unclear, but it is interesting to think that all of the World Wars: 1, 2, and the 3rd World War, which could come at any point, are all within the time frame that he cited as the time of plagues. According to Lowman, 2016 is the end of it all, in which the anti-christian power is destroyed and the pure Christian Church is ushered in. Additionally, Lowman predicted the end of the Mystical Babylon, when the dragon is thrown into the bottomless pit. These are astounding prophecies very time specific according to Lowman, and they were written roughly 240 years ago, to be fulfilled in 2016.

Another work called, "The lectures on the Revelation", by William Reed written in 1878, discusses the end of the Papacy in 2012, and the ushering in of a 3 and a half year period when the Church would transition into a new religious system of the beast. This would bring us to 2016 as a time when Roman Catholicism is fully submerged into the New World Order. Once again we see a highly specific timeline offered by  a man who lived centuries prior to its fulfillment.

A fifth prediction was made in a Presbyterian magazine published in 1858, published by Rev. C. Van Rensselaer. 2016 was identified as the year of the beginning of a "new epoch" --this epoch is the Millennial Kingdom. The author believed that 2016 was the latest date that this epoch could commence.

A sixth prediction was penned by a man named Joseph F. Berg in 1840, in a book called "Lectures on Romananism." He believed that the Millennial Kingdom would begin in 2016, and the Papacy would end. He also implicated the Jesuits as a significant part of the beast final Kingdom. This is a somewhat eerie prediction, considering who now sits upon the throne of Peter, the first Jesuit Pontiff.

A seventh prediction was made in a Panoplist and Missionary Magazine written in 1809. This magazine points to a 6,000 year calendar of Creation, followed by a 1,000 year Millennial reign. Many Christians in modern times subscribe to a 6,000 year plan of God fulfilled over several epochs. The writer of the Panoplist subscribed to the belief that the Pope had taken on temporal powers in 756 A.D., and that 1,260 years after this date, would usher in the final year of the Vatican.

Methodist Adam Clarke was the 8th man to make a prediction. Clarke is to this day, one of Britain's greatest scholars, penning a 6,000 page commentary on the whole Bible. This man was truly a savant, matched only by a couple of people in his scholarship of the Scriptures. Adam Clarke was an advocate for the idea that people could know the dates and time periods involving prophecy, however, he believed that one could not know these dates using the Roman calendar. Instead, he believed that you must use the Hebrew calendar. Clarke estimated that if one uses the Hebrew calendar, then you could arrive at 2015 as the beginning of Roman Catholicism's downfall.

A 9th man who predicted that 2016 is a very significant year was Rev. William Mackray, who wrote, "The character and Prospects of the Church of Rome." He believed that the Great Whore of Babylon would experience the wrath of God for having opposed the Lord, and that this would occur in 2016. He also said that the Great Jubilee would happened to the Church, which would be a time period when believers would be protected from harm for 1,000 years. Interestingly, many Bible scholars acknowledge that we entered a Jubilee Year starting on September 23rd 2015.

A 10th prediction was made by Robert Clayton, a renowned preacher and schollar in the mid 18th Century. He was also a contemporary of Isaac Newton. Clayton made specific predictions that beginning in 2015, the world would see the following events: the end of the Jewish diaspora, the fall of the Papacy, the coming of the Messiah, and the restoration of the Jews. He also believed that this time period would conclude a 2,000 year window of the church. Clayton did not come to this conclusion using the Julian calendar, he created his timeline based on the Hebrew calendar, as he was a scholar of Rabbinical literature.

An 11th prediction came from a man by the name of John Brown, who penned a dictionary of the whole Bible. In a discussion about prophecy, he suggests that all Jews will undergo a mass conversion accepting Jesus, starting in 2016. He also stated that a force including Turkey and its allies, would come against Israel in 2016, but that this force would be completely destroyed.

The 12th prediction was made by a Rev. Philip Doddridge, who cited that Sir Isaac Newton appeared to be pointing to 2016 as a year of prophetic fulfillment. Like many scholars of his time, he believed that the 1,260 days of Revelation should be interpreted as 1,260 years. He also references 666 years after the writing of the Book of Revelation, which brings us to 756 A.D., the year in which the Papacy became a temporal power. He believed that an Antichrist system would be fully ushered in on the 2016.

I did not cover Sir Isaac Newton's theology in this video, but what he said seemed to have influence all the other Bible scholars that I discussed. Sir Isaac Newton was first and foremost, a theologian, not a scientist, as many people assume. In fact, it was estimated that Newton dedicated only 10% of his time to science, and the other 90% was dedicated to studying Scriptures, particularly the prophecies of Daniel, and of the Book of Revelation, and the fulfillment and building of the third temple. Isaac Newton was wildly interested in the temple, and for some reason, and he also pointed to this time period: the end of 2015 through 2016. We will see overcoming several months whether the predictions of these men turn out to be true. It is interesting to consider that all of them arrived at a single year, and we are in the middle of it!

   Dead Government Agent Reveals Horrific Information Soon To Affect All U.S. Citizens!

A 42-year-old U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deportation officer shot himself with a 40 caliber service pistol inside Pier 40 in Hudson River Park at around 11 am. A source at the scene described how the officer calmly walked into the park, took out his pistol and shot himself in the head. (Breitbart News) However, what this government deportation officer revealed shortly before his death will make your hair stand on end and is not included in any of the mainstream sources!  In fact, Snopes has already been fast at work attempting to discredit the original source (Superstation 95.1 FM New York, NY)  of this article to no avail. What’s more, the Snopes author who has been doing so is a former Facebook employee. Go figure! Most of us know that Facebook is run by the government! That exclusive information is also included in my video.  So before you dismiss this as ‘false’ simply because the ‘not to be trusted’ Snopes website writes an article blasting this story, please see the facts I reveal in my video as addressed by the author/editing staff of the original news piece.  

Personally, I believe the information that the author of this article is sharing. First of all, it is basically information I have already seen and heard, and it lines up with Bible prophecy.  Secondly, after reading the alleged suicide note, I can thoroughly see exactly why the government would not want this information circulating in the public. As you watch my feature video, I am totally confident you will too! However, as a side note, let’s say that Snopes is correct and that the alleged ‘suicide note’ part of the article is a hoax.  The fact remains, the things mentioned are going to happen and are being prophesied and discussed by many other people all over the internet. So whether or not an ‘agent’ to our government left a ‘note’ confirming what God is already confirming in our hearts or not is basically irrelevant, to say the least. End times Bible prophecy, as well as events that have been taking place over the past few years globally confirm that events far worse than what is mentioned in this article are definitely upon us! Furthermore, since I do know the events mentioned will take place, whether a dead ICE Agent wrote it down or not, and even though I can’t personally confirm this ‘note’ (which is why I’m sharing these things at the start of this article), how can I NOT at least put this out for prayer and preparedness, given the times in which we are living? What if it is 100% true and I don’t at least inform you of this? What type of watchman (or woman, if you will) would I be?  And then, as even the Bible declares of a watchman, the blood of those whom I did not warn will be on my hands!  So please, let’s take this seriously and at least pray and prepare because, as I have said many times over now, these things WILL happen and I believe VERY SOON, regardless of a dead government worker!

But what’s most interesting is that before I even knew about this suicide and the note allegedly left by the Deportation Officer, I had already created a video containing other information which thoroughly supports the note left by the ICE Agent.  I was on the verge of uploading the completed video last night when something told me to wait. I had no idea why.  But then later I discovered a link a friend on Facebook had sent to me and I knew I had to add this tidbit to the video.

   BELOVED, THE TIME IS HERE

Beloved, the time is here; for in this hour many people believe that My Coming is far off. They believe that they still have time to dabble in sin, here and there. For I want you to warn My people. Get a ready, be ready, stay ready! Stop being so consumed with the cares of this life that you forget My imminent Return! For it grieves My heart, daughter, that even the Church is still in denial of the signs that are all around them. Many hearts have grown so cold and numb, that they would rather ignore My signs, ignore My messengers, and ignore the sound of the alarm. For they love to believe a lie, because it means that they can still stay in sin. They love being deceived, for to them it means they don't have to take heed. Therefore, I will cause a strong delusion to come upon those who have fallen asleep, and I will turn them over to the lusts of their hearts; for they worship the God of their bellies. For these people it will be difficult and nearly impossible to see, for they have been blinded --the veil still covers those who love darkness. For those that have an ear to hear and eyes to see, wake up and take heed to the warning of the Lord! For hearing does not mean to only hear and be in awe, but hearing what "Thus says the Lord" means, and to react. Make a move! Come out of your slumber, all of you, and move! For there are very little people who seek Me! There is a remnant, there is a people amongst this generation who watch for My Coming, and they prepare their hearts. In this hour I say to you, many will fall away, many will renounce, many will take the mark of the beast, and many will return to their vomit, because sudden destruction will come upon them! They will flee like wild animals and like chickens with their heads chopped off! They were too busy playing on their phones and taking "selfies". Oh, perverse and wicked generation! I have strived with you long enough! I have had grace and mercy long enough! For because you have trampled over My grace and used My blood as puddles to play in like rain, I will cause great sorrow and destruction to overtake you! Because you love to worship the god of this world, I will withdraw My Spirit and My grace will be no more. This is the last cry, says the Lord. My heart cries! Repent! Turn quickly from your own way and surrender fully unto Me! I love you! Yes My love is still, and will always be, with My Creation, but even as the Holy Spirit bears witness with My Word, I AM a just Judge. My Judgments are righteous, for I AM holy, and I will judge the Earth. Repent, weep, mourn, and wail over your sins, for Judgment has come, even as I AM coming.
