Partial interview of an ex-military personnel who goes by the name of Drake Bailey:

What I would like to do is let people know what we're not, which gives everybody a better idea as to what's going on. There's a boatload of people who would like to jump on a bandwagon and get whatever they can get in terms of snatching names, or name dropping, that sort of thing, they post a website with a certain type of name so that everyone gravitates towards it, and that because of this and that, whether they're selling anything or not, it doesn't seem to matter. 

Basically, there's a thing called "Nation States". The project that we undertook falls under the definition of what a "Nation State" is in terms of sovereignty, however, there is no such thing as "Nation States" --it does not exist, there is nothing by that name from us, and without affiliation, there is even less; so any of the website out there that say, "Nation States", it's probably somebody that's trying to either sell a widgit, or they have an ego problem, or they're trying to take an issue with what we're about. Now, we do not have a group, there are several groups, but no main group. There's no leader and we do not hava a main database that we keep on anybody, most of the people are anonymous, and we do not know all the people that are involved in this. Now primarily what this is, is that it was a project given to us. The process was at first an "accident" in some ways. The information from me came from a radio show that I complained about, and somebody took notes and tried it, and it worked. The only basic thing that we've done is a "Notification Process" that was defined by the basis of "Lawful Notification" of a Nation State, its existence, and its proclamation to the world. And the idea behind doing this is ultimately for sovereignty and freedom for states in the United States and also for individuals, and there are several things that go into this. Now, we are not affiliated with the White Knights, or the Gatekeepers, it's just us, and we don't even know everybody involved. 

Now, I am going to tell everyone who listens to this, or reads this, do your own research and your own homework…Now, basically, this is the prelude to what exactly went on.  Some detail I can't go into and won't go into, but I found it my patriotic duty to inform the people what is really on so that they don't have to listen to a bunch of idiots on the Internet, spouting off whatever kind of imaginary stuff they come up with --people do not need to listen to those bad dreams, and most of it is propaganda. The ideology is this: we're coming up against a wall, and most people with any common sense at all knows that there are some real serious things going on in the economy; the lack of jobs, the amount of foreclosures, the separation of families because of economic problems --these are some of the basis of the fear that these people who originated it live on. Now, I am going to lay down the basics of how I found this, and it was an accident, quite honestly.

I have been studying and been involved in freedom movements and all that stuff for years. I have tried in every way, shape, and form to get people to put down the beer, get up off the couch, and do a little something. I have also studied a lot of what's called "freedom efforts." This includes "freedom philosophers", and their type. This man got on a radio show and he started spouting off a lot of half-way measures,  that would primarily and basically get somebody put in jail if they did them. Now this guy was leaving out critical information that would guarantee that would get someone get put into jail, and so the guy had basically upset me.

Now I started looking at laws, and where they came from way back, way back from in the woods of history, and some of it is not available to the general public, and I had to request it to be approved before they released it to me. After 2 and a half years, I pretty much figured out what everything said, and how it worked. It was intricate, and it was extraordinary, and what it told me was a simplistic basic way to step aside from the normal controls of what people consider to be "laws". You have "limitations", supposedly, between the citizens of one country and the citizens of another. Those two "legally", are supposed to be separated, but that's not quite true, and little things of that nature were what I was after to learn. Well, after 2 and half years of this, I decided to take a break and listen to Internet radio, and lo and behold, one day I was listening to one of these "freedom idiots", he was one of those "freedom philosophers", and this is someone who thinks they know what they're doing, and where they are missing so many critical points that they're going to get your butt put into jail, but they want you to try it. And so this guy starts mouthing off, and he almost gets me instantly mad, and so I snatched the phone and I called in and I said, "Hey, what you put out belongs in the toilet because you're going to get people in trouble. Your information is not total, it is not complete, and you're going to get people in trouble by espousing this and by saying this and that, so why don't you shut up and listen and maybe you might learn something." What I did was I laid out primarily and basically what is required in order to declare any area anywhere that is yours, and it is laid out by its boundaries and real definitive markings, you can declare that area "Sovereign", and by doing so, you can actually create your own "Nation State." So I laid this process out, and the way how the process works, and by chance somebody in Pennsylvania was listening to the show and took some notes, and so basically that's what happened in Pennsylvania. The peson taking the notes was real knowledgeable in the real "Sovereign" legalities and lawfulness, and took that knowledge in combination with what I had put together, got together with some other people, and they said, "Yeah, let's see what happens." And so they put together a process of Notification, and they sent it off to civil division of the International Court of Hague. And they of course, sent a reply back that they had received the package, and made and kept a copy of it for their records. This Notification is then kept in their records and by sending this package there, it actually created a Sovereign Independent Nation State. Now, as soon as they (the group in Pennsylvania) had received the confirmation reply that their package had been delivered, they got called by a "higher up" in the Pentagon who said, "I understand you guys gave been doing some Notification Internationally? (And they answered with a "Yes".) And I understand that you seem to find this process as being rather simple? (And they answered with a "Yes".) Then the next thing was, "Do you think you can reproduce or replicate that sucker?" (And they answered with an "I don't know, I have no idea. We can see what's available, we can try and find out.") So the people at the Pentagon said, "Let's go for it and see what happens." (And they answered with an "Ok, we'll give it a shot.")

Now they (the group in Pennsylvania) didn't know at the time what that simplistic package for that one state did for them, and they didn't find out until after they had started researching it. This happened at around October of last year, which is not an exact date. Then as of November, they decided they were going to move on forward with this. I got involved because I knew one of the people that had been involved with this group before, and they asked me if I would like to get involved with this. So the way it all came about was: I am listening to some idiot mouthing off about it on a radio show, and I get mad and call in and tell them how it really works, and then someone is listening to the show and takes notes and they do it, and then someone in the government, in the Military, are interested and they say, "Can you do it again?", and along with that there is a combination of a lot of other people involved, and I meet some of these people and got involved somewhat indirectly with them. Now regarding each individual State, it depends on whether or not they are connected with one of the original 13 colonies of the United Sates, and whether or not their Constitution is lawful by common law, or defacto, which is the Corporate Government --there is a difference.

So we said, "Ok, we'll take the project and we'll run with it." We were able to receive notice on about the end of February of this year, that the whole package of a majority of the States had been received by the Hague. And so each Nation State package went into a box, and then that big box was delivered to the Hague, and then we got Notification of the entire package. It is true that if the Military in its Oath to defend the Constitution of the United Sates against domestic enemies, gets word of a civilian based initiative which demonstrates that the Sates wish to have their Sovereignty returned to them, it legally gives them the right to move forward on this, but this is not a simplistic process. The basic premise of a Nation State is this: What most people used was either their own Constitution, or they wrote one. It had to agree with the 1787 United States Constitution, it had to include the original Thirteenth Amendment, the Bill of Rights, the Articles of Confederation, and the Declaration of Independence. 

By declaring our Sovereignty and our disengagement, or our effort to remove ourselves, meaning each individual State, from the Corporate United States and its Government, what this did was to re-birth the Declaration of Independence, which states on Page 2, that when a Government gets "out-of-whack", you got the right to take care of the problem. Now, here is the other part of this: The manner and format of those original founding documents, in conjunction with the meeting of representative residents of that State, gives those people the right to make the Declaration. This then gives legal authority by the civilian authority to the Military, to take actions as necessary to "back up" the civilians in action. Simply, we sent off Notification, and the Military gave us gold stars for it, they loved it! The premise is this: In terms of declaring their State as free of the United States Government, and I'm talking about the Corporate Government and all of its affiliates, what happens is that each State becomes, according to the Notification Process, its own Sovereign Nation. So this is where the "Nation States" plurality comes from, it is just a collection of individual Nation States. There were also several Indian Nations who also submitted the paperwork for this. So this means that the "United" States have been "set free" from the Corporate Government, literally, on a lawful basis, as recognized internationally.
